OUR TEAM and 8Prime Sports are partners
in a new community channel dedicated to local
sports, local teams and local events.
The programming will be a mixture of weekly
half-hour shows and specials, as well as event
coverage. OUR TEAM will focus primarily on
celebrating amateur athletes and the community
organizations that support them.
OUR TEAM Shows air locally on 8Prime
Television digital channel 8.2, Brighthouse
channel 607, Verizon channel 460, Knology
channel 133 and Comcast channel 216. We also air
statewide on Sun Sports.
OUR TEAM and 8Prime Sports believe sports help
bring people together. We will provide a vehicle
for all Tampa Bay communities to support their
teams and community organizations.
We will help athletes and families connect with
each other by sharing stories, photos, and video
of their high school teams and sports
organizations.
OUR TEAM and 8Prime Sports will tap into this
passion and become the community platform for
local organizations and the sponsors who want to
reach them via television, online, and on-site.

The Tampa Tribune, WFLA, TBO.com, and 620 WDAE
giving us virtually unlimited access to every
level of sports from professional leagues down
to little leagues.
The Tampa Bay High School Sports Report This
quickly will become THE home for high school
sports fans in Tampa Bay. It’s 30 weeks of
reporting on prep football, basketball,
volleyball, softball, cross country – you name
the sport! – that will celebrate the
achievements of the area’s finest high school
athletes.
No one will give you more highlights, more
feature stories and more details about high
school sports.
The Tampa Bay High School Sports Report will
focus on the story behind the stories, bringing
more
perspective and depth to an area that is
traditionally under-served by traditional media.
